Hey folks, So I've been writing a lot over the past year/18 months keeping an extremely detailed journal of my thought processes, feelings and self reflections in order to keep my emotions in check and to be accountable to myself in day-to-day circumstances surrounding anything from relational issues to that of a more of a practical nature such as making plans for the next day, setting short/mid/long term goals etc
However lately I've found that the exploration of the emotional side of my writing in particular hasn't been quite as effective as it has been in the past.
This is a huge part of my life and has not taken long to become one of the biggest tools I use to relieve unwanted feelings or emotions. I was wondering if anyone on here did anything of the same nature or similar and had any tips for how to keep it effective and challenging.
